The Kansas Mennonite Relief Sale is an annual community celebration of generosity to raise funds to support the relief, development and peace work of Mennonite Central Committee around the world. A large crowd came out for this year’s sale, held April 13th and 14th. The preliminary figure for funds raised is $584,520.12. The quilt auction and German food buffet are the biggest contributors, but many other vendors and a large number of volunteers also help to make the sale a success.
