Clean Restroom Solutions For Any Event Portable Restroom Services
At Nisly Brothers, we go the extra mile to keep your rented portable toilets clean. As a member of the Portable Sanitation Association International, all of our portable toilet rentals are scrubbed, sanitized, deodorized, and towel-dried as part of our regular service. The regular service also includes restocking large rolls of toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
We offer a standard waterless foam hand sanitizer with our units, and at an extra charge, we can offer a hand washing station as well.
Our Portable Restroom Options
We offer short-term rentals with three main types of portable toilets: our classic, elite, and handicap units.
Classic
Our classic model is our most popular portable toilet unit and the standard on residential and commercial work sites. The comfortable, roomy interior is a hit with construction workers, and the classic also appears at many casual outdoor events such as fairs and festivals.
The classic unit offers many features from its translucent roof to its anti-slip floors. It includes a toilet, urinal, toilet paper dispenser with two jumbo rolls, and hand sanitizer. This unit supports up to 200 uses or approximately 10 workers working 40 hours per week.
Elite
Our elite model is a step up from the classic option. With 24% more floor space, the roomy Elite adds a touch of class to portable restrooms. All users benefit from the extra space, but the elite is especially ideal for parents with children.
The elite unit comes with a freshwater sink, soap, paper towels, and an onboard water supply.
Handicap
Our wheelchair-accessible model offers extra floor space and safety features. The handicap unit has more than 16 square feet of open floor space inside for easy wheelchair movement.
This unit also includes roll-in ground-level floor access, a larger, self-closing door, and interior handrails for simple access.
Portable Toilet Add-on: The Handwashing Station
Need more than the hand sanitizer that is included in our Classic portable toilet model? We also offer a free-standing hand-washing station as an optional add-on to any of our portable toilet models. (Although the elite model already comes with a freshwater sink.) This is a must-have add-on at fairs, construction sites, and festivals.
Each handwashing station includes two sinks and two soap and paper towel dispensers to keep long lines moving quickly. The station has an on-board water supply that we replenish along with the soap and paper towels at each service. The handwashing station has water for approximately 300 uses between servicing.

Other Portable Restroom Options
U-Tow Units
We also offer the classic and elite units as u-tow options. The unit(s) are bolted to a trailer for you to pick up, tow to your event, and tow back to our yard. We have trailers with single or double units of both classic and elite options available. All you need to tow a unit is a vehicle with a 2” ball hitch and 4 pin flat electrical connector for the trailer lights.
