We use Nisly Trash Service at work, and because I was familiar with them, I called them for my residential service. I’ve been pleased with the service and with any interactions over the telephone. Today I watched from my office window as the truck emptied the dumpster at work. The wind caught some loose paper and plastic items and carried them into the lot before they could fall into the truck. I was ready to go pick those items up as soon as the truck left, but right away the driver got out of the truck and chased them down himself.
I’ve had other companies drop entire bags of trash in front of my house and leave them. I was really impressed with this unexpected level of customer service!

Timely pickups. If there is a holiday, we get reminders to change our day.
Mail outs that we receive are informative and inspirational (which is unusual for a non-religious business).
You guys are always on time and are quick to get our trash dumped!
The driver on Mon. Nov 16 went the extra mile. I wish I knew his name. We had two larger size plastic items break, he jumped out and tossed them in. It was much appreciated. Thanks again for great, dependable service!
I’d like to send a great shout-out to Jeff Nisly. He came out to pick-up Ember quite awhile back and I forgot to let you know about it. We’d had family from out of town for 6 weeks. Our dumpster couldn’t keep up. He came in a pickup with two dumpsters. He took our full dumpster, filled another full of big black bags, carried off extra bags by hand and left us a new dumpster we filled to top! What a guy! Thank you all!

James was a fantastic driver he put my commercial trash dumpster for my construction cleanup right where I wanted it, gave my kiddos some cute coloring stuff. He was a wonderful person!
