I’m so thankful that one day, almost 3 yrs ago, a man showed up at my farmhouse door and told me about the Nisly Bros trash services. Switching to them was a no-brainer and they have been a joy to deal with ever since. All employees are so courteous and honest. Now my husband is working to clean out his 101-yr-old mother’s house in Wichita, in preparation of moving her to assisted living. Dealing with her trash service provider in Wichita is a nightmare. I finally called MIRIAM to see what our options were – she was so nice & helpful. We decided on a 4-yard Rural Svc container and her husband JAMES delivered it Monday. Super, super nice guy! When I got home from town, he had already picked up our weekly container and put all the extra bags in the new big one. Unfortunately, it was not where we wanted it – NO complaints from James – he helped me find a better place for it & cheerfully moved it! Then he even called in to make sure we got put on the route immediately for pickup the very next morning! (we had it full) Really, truly, I cannot say enough good things about Nisly Brothers! Thank you James & Miriam!

James, driver dropped off my dumpster, such nice, friendly, kind, customer service. Made sure the dumpster was placed where I wanted it. I recommend NISLY BROTHER. I work at HCC and I was there when he took us a couple of portable toilets to Gowens Stadand also was great service. 👍👍

Everyone was impressed with the luxury portapotty we rented for our daughters outdoor wedding last weekend. Everything about the wedding turned out perfect down to the last detail including the portapotty. One guest was so impressed she posted a picture of it on Facebook and stated that it even had a rug!

James is one of the best persons to have to pick up the roll off dumpster. Great person to talk to and work with. Nisly is one great company to work with and get your dumpster from. had to clean up inside barn after being in a flood. Worked out great and the job went well with dumpster put where we wanted it. Nisly Brothers was such a quality company to work with for our wedding reception restrooms. They were kind and professional at all times – on the phone, delivery, set up, and pick up. We are grateful and highly recommend.

The Nisly Brothers brought the best toilet trailers, they were nicely finished, clean and above all the people were outstanding to work with.

I recently was made aware of new construction in the alley way behind the building, where the dumpster is located. And our dumpster had to be relocated, I reached out to the office and then was contacted later that day from our rep Merrill Yoder. I explained the complicated situation because of the construction, because our pickup time was the next day. And they had a driver, James, at our location within the hour after that to reset the dumpster for better pickup location. Love the customer service here and the friendly people that work here.

Service above and beyond what was expected! I forgot to put the trash dumpster out by the road. When I went to put some trash in, my dumpster was empty. Kudos to the driver, he came in to the yard and picked up our trash. Totally unexpected and far above what was expected. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Nisly is my favorite bill to pay! We requested an 8 yard dumpster which was delivered bright and early Friday morning – right behind my car which was in the garage! James had no issue reloading the dumpster and pulling out of my way. His demeanor and attitude is exactly what our society is missing these days! Thank you so much!!

Nisly Brother’s provides excellent service. The driver, James, that delivered our dumpster was very helpful and placed it where we wanted it to go.

It was great. The driver got out and helped us figure out how we could put the dumpster in the limited space we had to drop the roll off dumpster. He even called 15 mins before drop off. The same guy picked it up so I didn’t have to explain how it got dropped.
