Shane Iwashige founded The Rock Group in 2013. It began as Rock Rentals, but has since then expanded to include Rock Renovation, Refresh by the Rock Group, and Landscapes by the Rock Group. Two employees are Coldwell Banker agents and strive to provide full service real estate investment as well as property management. Rock Rentals provides rental housing as well as rental property management for people who own the house, but don’t have time to manage it.
