After Newton terminated city recycling, I was very happy that Nisly Brothers was available to use as an alternative service. I have appreciated the communication offered from Nisly restarting up with their services, as well as ongoing emails and updated information.

We had our first recycling pick-up today after our city canceled ours. I had the Nisly trash can full of recycling, as well as, the old recycling one from our city.
They agreed to dump both this first time! I appreciated this so very much!!

The driver’s name was James, he put the unit right where I wanted it. I was completely satisfied with the service.

Thank you to our driver James. He dropped off our new dumpster and picked up a full trash bin today in the rain.

I am a brand new customer. I put in an online request for service, and the process was straightforward and easy. Within a few days, my new recycling bin arrived and was placed in a location where I couldn’t miss it. Very happy with services so far.

I have had Nisly Brothers trash service for 22 years, the service has always been reliable and I enjoy talking to the service man that comes to my house. I forgot his name but I think he is doing an excellent job. Thank you for your service.

James was very professional and helpful. Even though it was late in the day, he took a lot of time to make sure all my questions were answered.

Our daughter and her friend were having a graduation party together at a barn outside of Newton. The only thing missing was a toilet, and Nisly Brothers helped us take care of that. I was able to pick up a trailer-mounted portable toilet on Friday and didn’t have to return it until Monday. I wouldn’t have thought this would be the case but the two things we were complemented on most were the axe throwing lanes and that we rented a toilet. Who would have thought?! They kids dubbed it The Party Pooper 😆
Every Nisly employee I encountered had a smile and was ready to help. I’ll use Nisly Brothers next time I’m looking for a Party Pooper. 🙂👍

James was great when delivering our dumpster. Very professional, and very friendly!

Met a Nisly driver, James, for the first time today as he dropped off my new tan recycling cart. He was very gracious and kind. He pulled the cart to the top of the hill for me. Prompt; I just signed up yesterday.

Earl did a great job of helping one of our tenants with the roll off she ordered to do some clean up. I appreciated his patience and understanding while we had to have a few cars moved to allow space for him to place the dumpster. Thanks, Earl.

We are just starting service with Nisly Brothers, but the gentleman who delivered our new dumpster, James, was incredibly kind and helpful. He made sure that our new dumpster was situated exactly where we wanted it and that we had already set up our service.

James delivered the dumpster. He checked placement prior to setting it in place. He was nice during our interactions. Would recommend the service. No issues from beginning of interactions to pickup.
