Arthur is a great service oriented driver. We appreciate his demeanor as he always comes in the office with a smile. No matter what the weather or how long of a day he has had, he consistently serves us with a wonderful attitude!

Walter does a really good job. We had Stutzmans Trash Service for over 20 years and just switched to Nislys. Walter’s been a wonderful driver and has always done a good job at getting our trash.

I have had great customer service signing on with your company for our trash services. It was quick and easy and customer service is always there to help! They go out of their way to make things easier for me each time I call.

Your service is exceptional and the drivers are extremely helpful and friendly. One winter day I rushed out to tell the driver to also take my recycle because I missed the recycling day and happen to slip and fall and the driver was very helpful and after he did the circle he stopped by and rang the door bell to see if I was still doing well. Your drivers are so very helpful and caring!
I have absolutely no complaints only praise for your service. The drivers certainly make the service wonderful! I have several drivers for both trash and recycling but the last driver which is a wonderful driver is Walter! I have had Jacob and Henry and all the drivers I have had are amazing!,,,, Thank you for such wonderful services!!!!!!

Merrill Yoder was pleasant and easy to work with and when James delivered the dumpster I enjoyed a visit with him. I called this morning to have a dumpster brought over and James delivered it this afternoon.

I changed trash service a while back and was instantly pleased. The office staff are so pleasant and helpful. I also noticed right away the difference in the trash removal. Until the other day I had never met JORDAN but so happy to tell him how much I appreciate him in person! I never have to retrieve my dumpster out of the ditch. They are a bit steep and hard to pull out in snow which I have had to do! Sometimes it’s so windy that I have had to put a brick or something heavy on top to keep the lid down. This would always be carted away and I would have to find something else to use. When I met Jordan he was so polite and friendly and was pleased that one of his customers was happy with his work. Being out in the heat and cold and jumping in/out of the truck is not the easiest, but I would bet he takes the same concern with the last pickup of the day too! Thanks!

You are always prompt and helpful. I called for a roll off dumpster and the person who answered the phone was informative and helpful. The driver called before coming out and was here quicker than he thought. We are very happy with your services!

Absolutely the best customer service from Miriam, Louise and Alex. All were extremely gracious and helpful. Alex was courteous and attentive to details when delivering the dumpster twice. You can be proud of these employees that have helped us.

I would like to recognize our Driver Earl. He delivered our dumpster on Friday, exactly where we wanted it and we chatted a bit. I told him I would have it loaded on Saturday morning. He expressed concern with the rain coming and getting the dumpster out without making ruts in my yard. He gave me his business card and said he would come by and get it as soon as we had it loaded. That is exactly what he did. Thanks Earl, much appreciated. (5 stars)

Our driver was Earl and he was very helpful in getting his truck in and out on time, and into and out of some pretty tight squeezes. The Nisly Brothers Company has always been great to work with, kind, courteous and always trying to meet our needs. We have used them on several projects and will continue to use them as the need arises. We just wanted to thank them all for their service.

Very impressed with Alex–he called ahead to let me know when he was arriving and set the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. Alex was friendly & courteous, a top-notch employee!!!

Alex delivered a 30-yard roll off dumpster today, December 14th, and placed it perfectly according to my wishes. We discussed my cleanup project and he made some great suggestions. He also answered all of the questions I had about loading the dumpster. He is an extremely nice young man and I greatly appreciated his help. Thank you!
