Meet the Administrative Team

Marvin Nisly

President and CEO

Marvin Nisly is the President and CEO of Nisly Brothers Trash, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of waste management. He and his wife, Rosa, live in rural Hutchinson with one of their seven children. In his spare time, Marvin is working to get his private pilot’s license, and he also enjoys grilling for his family, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Jordan Nisly

COO

Jordan Nisly is the COO of Nisly Brothers Trash, Inc. He is Marvin’s son and grew up in the trash business. He started working at Nisly Brothers as a driver in 2015, and his customers often commented on his exceptional service. In 2021, Jordan started working in management in the office at Nisly Brothers. His work as a driver, as well as office experience, prepared him well for his role as Director of Operations.

Harold Nisly

Maintenance and Roll Off Supervisor

Harold Nisly manages container maintenance, roll off projects, and is a backup roll off driver. When he’s not busy helping with roll off, Harold works on special projects. He has been working with waste collection since he was a teenager and has accumulated a lot of experience. He and his wife, Judith, live in rural Partridge and have three children. Harold enjoys cracking jokes with his family and friends and experimenting with grilling recipes.

Arnold Nisly

Route Supervisor

Arnold Nisly is one of our Route Supervisors and is responsible for our front and rear load routes and driver training. Arnold also oversees our recycle facility. Arnold and his wife Judy live in rural Reno County and have four children. Arnold enjoys jokes, cattle farming, and visiting his daughter’s family in California.

Meet the Office Staff

Daniel

Special Projects Manager

Daniel started working for Nisly Brothers in 2024. He is the special projects manager and enjoys optimizing and systematizing processes. He lives south of Hutchinson with his wife and three kids. When he isn’t hanging out with his family, he’s trying to perfect his espresso drinks, brisket, or credit card points strategy.

Yvonne

Customer Service

Yvonne has worked at Nisly Brothers since 2022. When she’s not taking calls, giving quotes, and providing customer support at Nisly Brothers, Yvonne loves to cook and bake. She also enjoys reading and spends lots of time at the library.

Emily

Accounting

Marvin’s daughter Emily grew up around Nisly Brothers and loves to talk about her childhood days of riding along on the occasional route with her dad. Emily has a B.S. in Business from Sattler College and works as Nisly Brothers’ in-house accountant. When Emily’s not at work, she’s probably traveling with her husband, curled up with chocolate and a novel, or playing with her havapoo puppy.

Sheri

Customer Service

Sheri started working in the office at Nisly Brothers in the Summer of 2021. Her main job description is fielding our many phone calls and resolving customer’s needs. Sheri lives in the Hutchinson area with her parents and younger brother. She enjoys reading, singing, playing the piano, tending her plants, and spending time with family and friends. Sheri would love to one day spend more time traveling and hopes to visit New Zealand, England, Italy, and Greece.

Carol

Office Manager

Carol started working for Nisly Brothers in 2017. As Harold’s daughter, she grew up around the business and brings great insight to all she does. Carol began as a customer service representative and is now our office manager. She also works with Hands of Christ Ministries in Hutchinson. Carol loves all art, specifically watercolor and hand-lettering.

Holly

Customer Service

Holly started working in the office at Nisly Brothers in the Fall of 2021. Her primary position is customer service representative, which involves answering the phone and resolving customer’s questions and needs. She also helps with other miscellaneous projects. Holly is from rural Reno County and she enjoys photography and loves spending time outdoors.

Brenda

Office Assistant

Brenda started working in the office in May of 2025. She is a customer service representative and helps answer and resolve our customers’ questions. She lives in Hutchinson and enjoys reading, creating culinary art, and growing flowers and house plants. Someday, she would love to tour Europe and all the US National Parks.

Angela

Office Assistant

Angela began working in our office in June of 2025. She helps field our many phone calls and helps resolve customers’ questions. Angela lives in Hutchinson with her husband, Hans, who also works at Nisly Brothers. She loves to paint, play piano, dance, sing, go on walks, and hang out with her family.

Vince

Route Supervisor

Vince came to work at Nisly Brothers in August of 2016. Vince is the route supervisor for our roll off, toilet, container delivery, and side-load routes. He lives in rural Hutchinson with his wife Ellie and four of his five children. Vince enjoys 4-wheeling, watching KU basketball, camping, and hiking.

Maggie

Office Assistant

Maggie started working at Nisly Brothers in January of 2026. She is one of our customer service representatives and helps answer our phone calls and customers’ questions. Maggie lives in Arlington with her husband. She enjoys painting, reading, traveling, and hanging out with friends.

Chalonna

Office Assistant

Chalonna began working full-time in our office in April of 2026. She is a customer service representative and helps answer and resolve customers’ questions. Chalonna lives in rural Partridge with her parents and younger brother. She enjoys hanging out with friends, going on walks, art, and making/drinking coffee drinks.

Bear

Paw-ffice Assistant & CHO (Chief Happiness Officer)

Bear began her position with Nisly Brothers in the summer of 2024. Her primary position is paw-ffice assistance and chief happiness officer, which involves taking naps, giving cuddles and kisses, and occasionally chewing papers and pens. Bear lives in Hutchinson, KS with her dad and mom, who does accounting at Nisly Brothers. Her top hobbies are snacks, walks, cuddles, and naps.

Meet Our Drivers

Jonathan

Driver

Jonathan has been with the company since January of 2001. He services many residents of our larger contracted cities. He takes good care of our customers, and they can count on him on a regular basis! Jonathan and his wife Hailey live in Partridge with their two girls. Jonathan has traveled to Europe multiple times. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys traveling and playing Disc Golf.

Cliff

Portable Restroom Service

Cliff has worked at Nisly Brothers since January of 2013. He services portable restrooms and does a great job. Customers often comment, “These are the cleanest restrooms I’ve ever seen.” Cliff lives in rural Hutchinson and does some part-time farming in addition to his work at Nisly Brothers. Cliff can often be heard singing, and he enjoys singing at many community events.

Darrell

Roll Off Driver

Darrell has worked for Nisly Brothers since October of 2013. He works part time as a roll off driver. He lives in Yoder with his wife Ruby and has two adult children and three grandchildren. He enjoys gardening, with watermelons being one of his specialties.

Freddy

Roll Off Driver

Freddy started working at Nisly Brothers in March of 2022 as a roll off driver. He services roll offs in Harvey County. Freddy lives with his wife and two children in Hutchinson. In his free time, Freddy enjoys visiting waterfalls and hanging out with his church family. He hopes to do more traveling someday.

Hans

Portable Restroom Service

Hans started working at Nisly Brothers in June of 2024, and is the 3rd generation of his family to work at Nisly Brothers. He services portable restrooms. Hans lives in rural Hutchinson with his family, and he loves fishing, camping, shooting guns, and riding his dirt bike. On his bucket list is going dirt biking at the Glamis Sand Dunes and deep-sea fishing in Florida.

Laverne

Driver

LaVerne started working at Nisly Brothers in February of 2023. He drives an automated side-load truck and services residents in Harvey, Stafford, Reno, and Kingman Counties. LaVerne lives in rural Partridge with his wife and children. He loves reading, riding dirt bike, camping, and making food on a smoker. On his bucket list is traveling to Israel to learn more about the place where Jesus lived and taught.

James

Container Delivery and Removal

James started working part-time at Nisly Brothers in July of 2018. James is one of our delivery drivers, and he and his wife Miriam live in rural Hutchinson. In the past, James worked at an auto body shop, and he still enjoys fixing up cars when he has time.

Jeff

Driver

Jeff is Marvin’s son and grew up in the trash business. Jeff worked in the office, and in November of 2016 became a trash truck driver. Jeff has many fond memories of riding along on trash routes with his uncles and other employees as a child. He lives in Hutchinson, and Jeff enjoys classical music and playing his guitar and saxophone.

Matthew

Driver

Matthew started working at Nisly Brothers in November of 2023. He services our commercial customers in Hutchinson. Matthew lives in South Hutchinson with his dog Bella. He enjoys basketball, woodworking, and cutting and splitting firewood.

John

Driver

John has over 20 years of experience at Nisly Brothers. In the fall of 2015, he returned to the company after serving in Central America with his family as a missionary for several years. He lives in Arlington with his wife Renita and their three children. John enjoys playing with his children and camping.

Titus

Driver

Titus has worked for Nisly Brothers since 1975 and is a cousin to the three Nisly Brothers. Many of Titus’ customers in Reno and Harvey County know him by name and appreciate his great service. He lives in rural Hutchinson with his wife Marijane. Titus enjoys working on his family farm and reading.

Peter

Driver

Peter started working at Nisly Brothers in February of 2025. He runs a front load route in Harvey county. Peter lives in Newton. He enjoys working on old trucks and hunting.

Danny

Driver

Danny started working at Nisly Brothers in October of 2023. He works part-time as an automated side-load truck driver and services some of our Reno and Harvey cities and rural residents. He lives in Hutchinson with his wife, Kathy, and two daughters. Danny enjoys machining and any time spent at a lathe or mill is a pleasure. He would love to travel more someday.

Aldo

Driver

Aldo began working at Nisly Brothers in January of 2026 and runs one of our rear load routes in Barton County. He lives in Great Bend with his wife. Aldo loves playing basketball, soccer, and softball, and he enjoys playing music.

Walter

Driver

Walter started working part-time at Nisly Brothers in July of 2019. On the days he is not working at Nisly Brothers, he works with his family growing hydroponic tomatoes. He enjoys driving his rural Hutchinson residential trash route and providing dependable service to his customers. He and his wife Frieda and son Felix live in rural Partridge.

Brandon

Driver

Brandon started working at Nisly Brothers in March of 2025. He fills in for drivers when they are on vacation. Brandon lives in Hutchinson with his wife, 4 children, and 3 dogs. He enjoys hunting, fishing, yardwork, and spending time with his family.

Austin

Driver

Austin started working at Nisly Brothers in July of 2021. Austin runs a rear load route and services customers in Sedgwick, Kingman, Reno, Barber, and Pratt counties. He lives outside of Hutchinson with his wife and three daughters. Two of Austin’s hobbies are hunting and fishing. He also really enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Stewart

Driver

Stewart started working at Nisly Brothers in November of 2021. His routes cover many of our residential, Harvey County customers. He lives in Hutchinson with his wife. In his spare time, Stewart likes working out and playing volleyball.

Justin

Driver

Justin started working at Nisly Brothers in June of 2023. He fills in for drivers when they are on vacation. Justin lives in Hutchinson with his wife Loni and their three children. In his spare time, Justin enjoys fishing, camping, and he’s a big Chiefs fan. One thing remaining on his bucket list is traveling to Europe.

Robert

Driver

Robert started working at Nisly Brothers in July of 2024. He runs a rear load route and services customers in Harvey, Sedgwick, Reno, Stafford, and Kingman counties. Robert lives in Hutchinson with his wife and two children. He loves spending time with his immediate family and church family. Robert enjoys cars, motorcycles, and bike riding. On his bucket list is taking more vacations.

Gary

Driver

Gary started working at Nisly Brothers in November of 2025. He works as a container delivery driver. Gary lives in Great Bend with his wife. They have 4 daughters. Gary loves sports, spending time with family and friends, and tinkering on odd jobs at his farm.

Joseph

Driver

Joseph started working at Nisly Brothers in February of 2025. He runs both rear load and front load trash routes. Joseph lives close to Nickerson and enjoys serving his community by volunteering on Reno County Fire District 3. He would love to travel to New Zealand to see their regenerative ag innovations and practices.
