James delivered our dumpster early in the morning. He got out of the truck, introduced himself, and proceeded to discuss the placement of the dumpster. When he left there were no questions unanswered. James, like all of the employees at Nisly always goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Service above and beyond what was expected! I forgot to put the trash dumpster out by the road. When I went to put some trash in, my dumpster was empty. Kudos to the driver, he came in to the yard and picked up our trash. Totally unexpected and far above what was expected. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
Nisly is my favorite bill to pay! We requested an 8 yard dumpster which was delivered bright and early Friday morning – right behind my car which was in the garage! James had no issue reloading the dumpster and pulling out of my way. His demeanor and attitude is exactly what our society is missing these days! Thank you so much!!
Nisly Brother’s provides excellent service. The driver, James, that delivered our dumpster was very helpful and placed it where we wanted it to go.
It was great. The driver got out and helped us figure out how we could put the dumpster in the limited space we had to drop the roll off dumpster. He even called 15 mins before drop off. The same guy picked it up so I didn’t have to explain how it got dropped.
Cliff always does such a wonderful job making sure our potty is clean and fully stocked. He is also always super friendly when he is on our job site. I work for KDOT and have worked many jobs with port-a-potties that were questionable at best and always get excited when I see the Nisly name on the side, because I know it will be clean and nice. Cliff just makes it extra nice!!! THANKS for taking such good care of your customers.
Earl is such a kind person! Had no problem putting the dumpster exactly how we wanted, and even called when he was on his way so my girls could watch him roll it off! We love all the Nisly crew and how polite, respectful, and friendly you all are every time we have question.

We use Nisly Trash Service at work, and because I was familiar with them, I called them for my residential service. I’ve been pleased with the service and with any interactions over the telephone. Today I watched from my office window as the truck emptied the dumpster at work. The wind caught some loose paper and plastic items and carried them into the lot before they could fall into the truck. I was ready to go pick those items up as soon as the truck left, but right away the driver got out of the truck and chased them down himself.
I’ve had other companies drop entire bags of trash in front of my house and leave them. I was really impressed with this unexpected level of customer service!
