My driver Jeff is a wonderful person. He is friendly and runs out to give me a big hug. I am 85 yrs old, and he brings my trash can back to the front porch where I keep it. I look forward to Thursday mornings!!
James delivered the dumpster on Friday. He was personable, polite, and helpful, and he picked the dumpster up with
no issues.
Everyone at the company that I have dealt with has truly been an absolute pleasure: Merrill, the women in the office, and John the container delivery guy. I’m used to dealing with waste disposal back on the east coast. It is just a “bit different” to say the least!
James was the driver. He is such a caring person, friendly, a happy employee, and he just brightened my day. James made sure he put the dumpster where I needed it . I first met him at HCC as he delivered portable toilets to Gowen’s Stadium. I’m glad I struck a good friendship with him. James needs to be acknowledged for his hard caring work. I recommend Nisly Brothers .
Nisly is a great and friendly company with which to work! Alisha was the contact person at the main office who handled our rental. We rented a luxury toilet rental for a wedding, and the restrooms were super nice and clean. James was our delivery driver, and he also took notice of a potential problem that could occur. The location we had the restrooms placed made so that people had to walk around the trailer to enter the restrooms. James recommended making sure people would not trip over the hitch by potentially placing lights over the hitch as the event was in the evening. We appreciate his observations that go above and beyond just delivery. Thank you Nisly, and we are very satisfied with our rental and experience!

Titus , what a guy! Our neighbors put out a bunch of mattresses and box springs for city wide clean up day a day late. Of course, Titus being Titus, he just loaded them all into his truck by himself. That guy is awesome. I never met a trash truck driver that cared so much about my community. Thank you Titus! You’re the man!
We have used the U-Tow portable toilet for two different events in the last year and were extremely pleased with the service of Nisly Brothers. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend Nisly Brothers to friends and family and look forward to doing business with them again!

I had a couple of large items that needed to picked up. When I called the office for a request to pick up larger items, the office help was very nice and polite. The items were picked up in a timely matter. Love it! Nisly Trash service is SO much better that what we had previously!
